By purchasing an item on candyland.ecrater.com you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

All Sales Final

GENERAL:

* Please ask questions BEFORE you purchase by emailing us at candyebay@aol.com. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response. Most inquiries are answered within hours.

* Some items are pre-owned and not new in the box. Please be sure to read the listing to determine whether the item is new or used. Though every effort is made to describe the item accurately, we are not experts in every product listed. If you feel we have inadequately described something, please ask us about it before purchasing. Any item may contain unforeseen minor flaws. We are not responsible for said flaws, and such a flaw will not warrant a refund.

* All items are sold "AS-IS". Please ask questions and request additional pictures prior to purchasing. Pre-owned items may be wrapped in plastic to preserve the condition they were in when the pictures were taken and to keep all parts, paperwork, etc. together and in tact.

SHIPPING:

* If you are displeased with the shipping cost, please email us prior to purchasing with your Zip Code and type of delivery address ie Residential or Business. The flat rate shipping has to accommodate shipping to the furthest point (from CT to CA) and the Residential charge. Please don't protest after purchasing.

* We ship via the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. There is a relatively new way of stealing called "Porch Pirating" whereby packages are stolen right from people's porches and mail boxes, especially around the Christmas season. Shipping insurance does not cover items that were stolen after delivery. It is considered a theft and the shipping company's response is to report it to your local Police Department and to your Homeowners insurance. Of course, deductibles make it a loss to the Buyer. Once shipped, we will email you with the expected delivery date so that you can keep a lookout for it or communicate with your Mail/Package Carrier to ensure you receive your package.

* If the shipment is "Refused" for any reason, the refund will be reduced by the shipping costs both ways plus a 25% restocking fee.

PAYMENT:

-We accept all Credit Cards securely through Stripe.com, PayPal and Check/Money Order.

RETURNS:

* Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization and must be requested within 7 days of the item's shipment date.

* Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the Sender.

* Returns will only be issued if there was a major distortion in the description.

* We will not incur the cost of shipping for a return.

*** ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE***

* The item must be returned in the condition it was in prior to shipment.

* If an item is returned to us do to "Insufficient Address" or "Non-deliverable" the customer will be contacted via email. The customer will have 10 days to respond with accurate shipping information. The Customer will have to pay for the item to ship a second time. If the order cannot be shipped accurately and a refund is required, the refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee.
